Nothing beats our canned meat!

In true Vienna fashion, this malty lager started life as a crisp pilsner-esque brew and ran into a bunch of maltier specialty grains. Look for the characteristic malty, melanoidin bite that you may expect from Oktoberfests and other malty German beers along with some muted notes of caramel and chocolate. The hops are just enough to keep this beer from being perceived as sweet but do not contribute any particular hoppy character to the flavor. A full body and mouthfeel are created by the undermodified malts and high mashing temperature while the lager yeast adds a clean finish that leaves you wanting another sip.
