This is a smooth, crisp, Munich style lager. Unlike the Munich Helles, this Dunkel has several darker malts to add character and complexity. Melanoidin malt adds a bit of a bite while brown malt and a tiny dose of chocolate malt bring out a variety of roasty, toasty, and chocolately flavors.
