Mockless Lobster
You’d be red too, if you lost your mock.
Strong Scotch ale brewed with Lactose. We start with pale ale, Munich, brown and caramel malts. Then we pump a barrel to the kettle and burn it until it caramelizes. Then we top it off with another 15 bbls of liquid boil it and add lactose (milk sugar) for even more body and sweetness. The result is a sweet and super complex ale like nothing we’ve had before.
