Heaven, Maybe is a Belgian style Dubbel. A rich, malty, red colored Belgian ale Brewed with German Pilsner, French Aromatic and Caramel malts. The malty sweetness is accentuated by the addition of amber colored Belgian invert sugar and 10 pounds of pureed currents and raisins. We then add just enough German noble hops to balance the complex malt flavor. This beer is fermented with a Belgian Abbey yeast contributing the spicy, fruity and phenolic flavor with a dry.
