We’ve created a beer. It’s a prestigious line of work, with a long and glorious tradition. The guys from Dark Matter Coffee dogpaddled their way down from Chicago back in February bringing their Fernet-infused coffee – truly a coffee of unusual size. Rather than go the more common route of putting coffee in a heavy, dark beer, we made a light cream ale!
