One-Eyed Willie would surely have hoarded this beer among his many treasures. This year marks the 30th anniversary of The Goonies and it seemed only fitting to brew a beer that would make Chunk dance. A salted chocolate truffle beer? Yes, thanks! We dosed 20 lbs of cocoa nibs with white truffle oil and added them to the fermenter to take this already rich and smooth salted amber ale to a whole new level. The pungent aroma of white truffles followed by the bittersweet, richness of all that raw chocolate married perfectly with a base that is at once malty and savory. It will totally ensnare your palate.
