Japas Cervejaria came to Louisville and brought their cute little Hazy IPA monster with them. A Brazilian brewery that fuses the warm and welcoming nature of South American culture with the exacting drive for excellence in Japanese society. Japas invited us to do this collab beer in Rio de Janeiro in the spring and we wanted to brew it again with them in Louisville to bring the experience back to the states. Haziju-K is our fictional Kaiju or fictional monster that is featured on the label. This hazy monster will sneak up on you but it won’t bite.
