More bitter than a Hazy IPA but more dense and intense than a West Coast IPA. This IPA uses the additions of Rice and Corn as adjuncts to lighten the body of the beer to make a super crisp lager that showcases some of the more unique and intense hops we can find. Super tropical and dank, we wanted to make this a special beer for special occasions. The occasion was Lee Northcutt from Scout and Scholar brought his finger and touched this beer to turn it into the special beverage you have before you. (He washed his hands first FYI)
