It’s Playback Time!

Another double IPA fit for a Platoon of hopheads. Pale malt, rye, wheat and oats are used as a canvas on which to paint this work of hop art. Bittered with Pacific Gem and finished with Simcoe and Centennial mixed with the A-list, yet oft neglected star of this show: Willamette!  Named after the mighty river in the Pacific Northwest, this hop has everything you want without being domineering.  It’s herbaceous, it’s floral, it’s fruity, and it’s peppery, but I’ll tell you one thing it’s not… Sorachi Ace (yuk).  Enjoy this last temptation of the green goblin.
