Wiggity!

This citrusy, unfiltered American Wheat is the perfect drink for a 90 degree day. The malt bill is a whopping 50% wheat, lending a characteristic light body, crisp flavor, and murky yellow color. The yeast was not filtered out, so the beer should have bready notes and great opacity for a lighter ale. Generous additions of lemon zest, lemon peel, and orange peel accompany the citrusy American hops (Cascade and Falconer’s Flight 7C) to make prominent lemon and orange notes. You don’t need fruit ON your beer when there’s already fruit IN your beer!
