Here we’ve got ourselves a pretty straightforward IPA except we added a shit ton of Wakatu hops from New Zealand! Wakatu lends flavors of citrus, clover, and honey. 25 pounds of these guys were added during the boil THEN 22 more pounds were used to dry hop the heck out of it. That’s a little over 3 pounds per barrel of beer. Wow-wee! This well-balanced IPA isn’t overly bitter or sweet. It’s just delicious!
