Inspired by the biggest game of chiquen EVER. What we’re dealing with here is the biggest beer we’ve ever made coming in at 14.5%! Thunder Chiquen was created with the help of a local barrel manufacturer here in Kentucky. Together we selected oak toasting levels and methods to achieve a “barrel-aged” flavor profile. This wood-aged imperial stout is thick, chewy, and viscous with notes of roasted coffee, chocolate, caramel, and vanilla.
