We took a surrealist approach to this brew and made a truly masterful work of zymurgy. This is not a beer. It is barley: rich and toffee-like, toasty and topped with a creamy head. It is hops: firm, crisp and pithy and a perfect compliment to a spicy, fruity alcohol bite. It is nothing less than a mind-bendingly balanced American Barleywin. This is not a beer. This is art.
