The second half of a collaboration with Turtleback Ridge!
Really cool farmhouse beer using microorganisms collected on the farm at Turtleback ridge and then kept working in an old gin barrels for four years now. We brewed the same beer as the Hare, but added the finished beer to the inoculated gin barrel and added local blackberries and let that referment for another 5 months. We then blended with other barrel beers to balance the fruit, brett, and oak character until we arrived at this finished product. Try them side by side and see how different they are!
