If you thought winter was over, you are being deceived.

A precursor to a summertime beer that we are planning on having out for the start of the summer solstice. This crushable ale uses 50% wheat malt in its grist bill along with pilsner malt and a little dextrin malt for body. The wheat contributes a pleasantly sweet and grainy flavor while the German Mandarina Bavaria hops give a nice citrusy flavor and aroma. We are releasing this beer right after “Fool’s Spring” and “Second Winter” and right before the one two punch of “Third Winter” and “The Pollening” All those who know Ohio Valley weather will understand.
