In memory of Monnik Brewer Scott Hand and simple pale ale.

A simple but beautiful beer to honor our fallen colleague. Base of 2-row and Dextrin malt for a medium bodied beer and the addition of two very traditional American hops, one as a late kettle addition and the other in dry hop, makes this beer both old school and cutting edge. A portion of the proceeds of this beer will go to Scott Hand’s memorial fund.
