Save Your Fork, There’s Pie-PA

Technically, we suppose you don’t need that fork. This IPA will satisfy the cravings of any pie lover, though. We added 18 lbs of rhubarb to the kettle and fermenter along with 7 lbs of El Dorado hops, known for their distinctive strawberry character and fermented with a Belgian yeast. The resulting beer is fragrant, tangy, juicy and has just a hint of spice. What a dish.
