This understated Rauchbier has a traditional malt bill with Pilsner, Munich, Vienna and a touch of Caramel malts creating a light yet toasty sweetness complimented by an addition of house-smoked malt. Japanese Sakura cherry wood offers a soft and spicey character that adds balance that Daniel-san would truly admire. Just like its namesake, Rauch Macchio may seem like a light-weight, but it is truly a contender.
