This session ale is meant to be a proving ground for a new strain of hops called Pacifica. A light, wheaty malt bill allows the hop to take center stage. A substantial addition of Pacifica at the end of the boil makes it the most prominent flavor in this beer. Look for a semi-sweet citrus with a little perfumy quality. Some even describe it as orange marmalade. You call it whatever you want.
