Chocolatey,…Orangey….. is that smoke??? That’s right a robust porter with orange zest and a touch of smoke. We start out with English Maris Otter base malt and add cherry smoked malt, chocolate and honey malt giving a sweet and chocolatey beer. Then the zest of many oranges is added after the boil to complement this beer’s smooth and complex flavors. On top of that, several pounds of blood orange are also added during fermentation to enhance this chocolate orange delight.
