Hey, Moleram! Prepare to meet Kali! In Beer!

This beer belongs in a museum. A tribute to Dr. Jones and his incredible exploits, this beer began life as an English style IPA. We then added a few darker caramel malts to boost sweetness and pitted fruit flavors. Those malts where then boosted further by the addition of 20 pounds of pureed black mission figs. These figgy notes pair extremely well with the earthy notes from the English hops and the remarkably dry finish to what sounds like a fairly sweet beer. This beer no nuts! It crazy!
