Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls!  Drinkin’ time’s here!

We started with a delicious porter and tossed in five cans of Maxwell House coffee.  It’s friggin’ delicious!  The coffee flavors support a roasty, chocolatey base with the faintest hint of creaminess from a small lactose addition.  2.5 more gallons of cold-extracted esspresso was added post fermentation, and the bitterness of the coffee pairs perfectly with the natural sweetness of the base porter.  It’s good to the last draught!
