‘Collaborate My Sons’

Our most recent collaboration effort with Stillwater Ales (Baltimore MD).  Brian ‘Stillwater’ Strumke came to Kentucky for a second time to brew this unique saison.  Brewed with house smoke malts (featuring sage smoked and pecan smoked malts) and finished with Brettanomyces, this saison is a beautiful piece of art.  Bright and fruity, in saison fashion and a light tinge of earthy smoke round this farmhouse ale out.
