An American style Double India Pale Ale. If it’s hops and alcohol you want, here you go. Pale, Vienna, Aromatic malt and Oats give this ale a solid malt backbone to hold up the huge hop flavor and aroma. We used large charges of Zythos, Columbus, Cascade and Citra in the kettle and dryhopped with some Centennial and Falconer’s Flight hops. Giving citrus, piney and tropical fruit character.
