Who doesn’t love a crispy boi!? This one is a twist on the traditional German-style Kolsch. This nice, light German Ale was fermented cool, for crispness and then steeped with Heine Brothers coffee for three days. Brewed in collaboration with Heine Brothers for their upcoming 25th anniversary, we believe it to be a lovely delicate beer upon which to showcase some of the city’s finest beans… and businesses! I’m getting vaklemped just thinking about drinking one… talk amongst yourselves.
