Kentucky Ryed Pigeon
Brits and their wits make us all look like tits.
The Anspach and the Hobday are the Brits in question. They hail from jolly old England and make tasty bits in London-town. They call their Stouts ‘Stout Porters’, those buggers, and they asked us to brew one more ‘American’ and with more Rye. We figured putting this delightful rye-d up stout in a Bourbon barrel was certainly an excellent way to American-ize it. Cuz they may be witty, but we go big or go home! So we put a cowboy hat on their signature pigeon and now we got us: KY Ryed Pigeon!
