Kellerbier is a rough and wonderful German-style lager, straight from the ‘cellar’ is what this beer is meant to be.  Slightly lemony and rich, but overwhelmingly crisp and delicious. What makes this beer out-of-this-universe is the addition of light crisp oak and slightly more toasted oak.  The flavors ring of both lightness and richness.  Crispness and full, vanilla fruitiness.
