There are plenty of American Pale Ales out there, but this one is special.  Have you ever heard of a negative time preference?  This beer has one, big time.  Early hop additions add lots of IBUs but little or no flavors and aroma.  This APA has none of those.  All of the hops (35 pounds, to be exact) were added just 10 minutes from the end of the boil.  This packed in substantial IBUs while still leaving tons of those flavor and aroma compounds intact.
