The mother of all pajama beers!

Featuring the New Zealand hop Pacific Gem, this double IPA packs quite a tropical punch!  There is just a hint of spiciness in the body from a moderate rye addition, but don’t expect it to be a full-on rye IPA.  The spiciness from the rye is balanced very well by the fruity, almost juicy flavors from Pacific Gem and Wakatu late addition dry hopping. A hint of Sorachi Ace also provides an earthy, grassy note to balance the slight alcoholic warmth. There is a lot going on here, so try not to get in the way.
