Give me something for the man who doesnt have to try too hard

The dudes at New Wave approached us to brew this beer for their 2nd Anniversary. The resulting recipe is a mind-meld based upon a tasting session of different Vienna Lagers and burritos. We decided upon Ancho and smoked malt and salt to lend that rich, earthy spice along with spices common in Mexican cuisine: cinnamon, cumin and coriander. We then brought the heat and a zesty fruitiness with Chocolate Habeneros and limes. As key to the New Wave mentality as delicious ingredients is a love of their namesake post-punk genre, so we didngive them any trouble when they suggested the name
