Nothing more pleasurable than finding yourself smack dab in the middle of some nice galangal action.

In collaboration with Chef Levon Wallace, formerly of Proof on Main, we bring you Galangal Action. Chef Wallace brought his culinary expertise and homebrewing experience to the table with this incredibly refreshing and unusual brew. Pilsner malt and spelt dominate the grain bill and are balanced by Ella hops. We then added two ingredients from traditional Asian cuisine for spice and aromatics: galangal and kaffir lime leaves. Add to that a dozen watermelons, pureed and added post-fermentation for a resulting beer that is fresh and flavorful.
