Fairies love wood, right?  But what about the seeds?

You say you need more barrel-aged imperial stout options, we say “Fairy Nuff”!  It’s a dark and luscious collaboration with Trilha Cervejaria from Sao Paolo, Brazil.  Our brewer friend brought us some Ambruana seeds because we love the wood but it is so last week!  We got to get ahead of the trends, and seeds are where it’s at!!  In this case, they lend a truly delightful aroma and spicy kick to a dark chocolatey, boozy brew.  We took the flying figure that is the Trilha logo as inspiration, and truly feel this beer to be: Fairy Nuff!
