What do you brew when an internationally recognized and award winning brewery from Brazil comes to town? Obviously a Czech Pilsner! We pulled out all the tricks of the trade to make this one of the simplest, yet most complex beers in the world. This beer was made in collaboration with Narcose Cervejaria from Capão da Canoa, Brazil, whose love of lagers helped form this partnership… Also we lost our luggage, so it’s kind of a tribute.
