Belgian blonde ale brewed with Pilsner, aromatic and wheat malt and Calypso and Czech Saaz hops. We then added Chamomile late in the boil and more chamomile for a floral, spicy and earthy flavor and aroma. Fermented with a Belgian yeast strain lending fruity and phenolic notes.
