A tale of twin baby jeans…

Our collab with Tafts Brewing is the best of both complexity and simplicity. A very simple Belgian Blonde. The malt bill gives a simple, bready base complimented subtly with citrusy yeast of the Viking. Added mixed fermentation with Brettanomyces and lactobacillus add funk, mouth feel and sweet-tart TANG!  The flavor is rounded out with oak complexity and tannic, vanilla spice. ENJOY!
