The best beer you’ll probably ever have with a straight face.

Literally “No Smiling My Neighbor” in German, which is what serious beer drinkers do, or should we say don’t do.  A German hybrid Keller/Zwickle bier which is an unfiltered complex and hoppy lager.  Brewed with German Pilsner and Munich malts, hopped with German Hallertau Hersbrucker and Tettnang for a traditional beer.  Wait, who wants traditional?  We like better, so we then added a large charge of American Centennial late in the boil and wood aged it with medium toasted American oak.
